Who We Are
Ryan Buckley, P.E., P.S.
Owner – B.S. Civil Engineering, The Ohio State University, Mr. Buckley has extensive experience in the design, surveying and construction of civil infrastructure projects throughout Ohio. Ryan has enjoyed a successful working relationship with the City of Athens, Ohio University, and numerous other municipalities providing civil infrastructure design projects and topographic and right of way surveying with a level of expertise from hands on construction experience that produces drawings and specifications with an added value to customers. Specific to his experience, Mr. Buckley is a licensed professional engineer and professional surveyor in the state of Ohio and professional engineer in West Virginia.
Robert C. Canter, P.S.
Project Executive – B.A. Interdisciplinary Biology and Education, Marietta College, Mr. Canter has performed numerous topographic and right of way projects throughout the state of Ohio including the ODOT District 10/5 General Surveying Services Contract, ATH/HOC US 33 Nelsonville Bypass topographic and right of way surveys, City of Athens Richland Avenue upgrades topographic and right of way surveys, and the City of Athens East State Street corridor topographic and right of way surveys. Specific to his experience, Mr. Canter is a licensed professional surveyor in the state of Ohio.
Clinton Kuenzli, P.E.
Project Engineer – Clinton Kuenzli has five years of engineering and surveying experience throughout the State of Ohio. A graduate of The University of Toledo’s civil engineering program, he has gained experience in sanitary and storm sewer system analysis and design, land development design, site grading, surveying, subdivision layout, roadway design, waterline distribution systems, and drought analysis. Mr. Kuenzli is experienced in the use of CAD applications and digital design software including AutoCad Civil 3D for site development projects. His surveying experience includes topographical surveys, construction staking, boundary surveys, FEMA flood certifications, and Letter of Map Amendment applications. He has become proficient in the use of state-of-the-art surveying equipment, specifically the Trimble R8 GPS Receiver/ RTK system and the Trimble S-6 robotic total station.
Clinton Kuenzli previously worked for the Ohio EPA Division of Surface Water, where he was involved in permitting and site inspection. He joined Buckley Group in 2013 as a project engineer and field surveyor. Mr. Kuenzli has performed boundary and topographic survey work, location of utilities, engineering design, plan production, bid specifications, construction cost estimates, and construction layout staking for numerous projects.
